Long Jing is one of the most popular green teas in the world. It is the most famous Chinese green tea. To be considered authentic, it must come from Zhejiang in China.
The harvest period is also very important for this tea. The Qing Ming festival which takes place in the first week of April is used as an indicator. High quality Long Jing are always harvested before this date. They are then given the designation "pre Qing Ming."
In order to offer you high quality tea at a more affordable price, the Long Jing that we have selected this year comes from Xinchang in Zhejiang. This location just outside Xi Hu makes it possible to obtain quality Long Jing harvested pre Qing Ming at a much lower price.
We recognize this green tea by the beauty of its flat leaves, its magnificent green color and its sweet and refreshing flavor.
